为大力宣传在农民专业合作社发展中发挥重要作用的领头人,充分展示带领农民致富的先进典型,山东农学会与《科技致富向导》杂志社将联合举办“农民合作社带头人”宣传推荐活动。现将有关事宜通知如下:一、活动宗旨展现合作社带头人风采,弘扬尊重知识、尊重人才的社会风尚;总结推广合作社发展经验;促进农村科技成果转化,加快推进农村小康社会建设步伐。二、推荐条件1.热爱党、热爱祖国、热爱社会主义,拥护党的路线、方针、政策,遵纪守法。2.密切联系群众,在群众中具有良好形象和较高威信。3.勇于开拓,乐于奉献,具有较高的科学管理能力和组织协调能力。4.在普及、传播科学技术知识和现代农业新技术中取得巨大的经济效益和社会效益。5.依靠科技积极带领周围群众共同致富,充分发挥示范带动作用。6.合作社符合组织机构健全、财务管理规范、服务能力较强、产品质量安全等要求。
