核工业部办公厅于1987年12月5日向部属各单位发出了《认真贯彻<档案法>的通知》。《通知》首先要求各单位的领导,特别是分工主管档案工作的领导要带头学好,并组织好本单位档案人员、有关专业技术人员的学习,以各种形式宣传《档案法》,增强各级领导和广大职工的档案意识,自觉地执行《档案法》。其次,《通知》强调各单位要依照《档案法》的规定,健全档案工作机构,加强档案工作的领导,增加档案工作的设施、设备,促进档案的现代化管理。第三,把这项工作作为1988年档案工作的一项重点和中心工作来抓,结合年终总结,要对档案工作进行一次全面检查,针对存在的问題,提出改进和加强
On December 5, 1987, the General Office of the Ministry of Nuclear Industry issued a Notice on Earnestly Implementing the “Archives Law” to all subordinate units. The “Circular” first requires leaders of all units, especially those who are in charge of file division of work, to take the lead in learning well and organize the archivists and professional and technical personnel of their own units to study and promote the “Archives Law” in various forms so as to enhance all levels Leaders and the general staff of the file awareness, consciously implement the “Archives Law.” Secondly, the “Circular” emphasizes that all units should improve the working mechanism of archives, strengthen the leadership of archival work, increase the facilities and equipment for archival work and promote the modern management of archives in accordance with the provisions of the “Archives Law.” Third, this work should be taken as a key and central task in the archives work in 1988.
