针对某钢厂十机十流连铸机中的一个中间包进行流场优化研究,进行了包括空包方案在内的7种方案的数值模拟。结果表明:未设置中间包控流装置时,钢液流动状况和一致性非常差,死区体积比例偏大。在中间包内添加湍流抑制器、挡墙和挡坝均可以明显改善钢液流动。此外,湍流抑制器+3孔(上一个倾角25°,下两个倾角30°)D1d挡墙+D2挡墙+挡坝B为最佳控流方案,使中间包五流钢液平均停留时间最大差值降为174.2 s,整体平均停留时间增加202.9 s,死区体积比例减小到20.6%。
Aiming at the optimization of the flow field of a tundish in a 10-ten ten-strand continuous caster of a steel mill, numerical simulation of seven schemes including the null package solution was carried out. The results show that the flow conditions and consistency of the molten steel are very poor and the volume ratio of the dead zone is large when the tundish flow control device is not installed. Adding a turbulence suppressor inside the tundish, retaining wall and retaining dam can significantly improve the flow of molten steel.
