杂交稻秧田杂草种类多、密度高,直接影响秧苗生长和带来拔秧困难。1988年在汕优圭33、协优64的杂交稻秧田做了多效唑(Multi—Effect Tridzole属植物生长调节剂)除草试验。试验方法供试15%多效唑可湿性粉剂是上海联合化工厂产品。选择3块秧田,在同一块田里设喷多效唑与不喷药(对照)的大区对比试验。在播种后5~7天,每亩秧田用多效唑200克(商品量),兑水100公斤,放干秧板水后喷雾。喷后23~25天(移栽前),考查杂草密度和高度,秧苗单株分蘖数和苗高。
