金尚社区隶属厦门市湖里区江头街道,是1998年9月成立的一个新型社区,有常住人口10000余人,流动人口4000余人。六年来,我们按照贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众的要求,针对经济特区的客观实际,研究新情况,采取新举措,解决新问题,不断增强社区思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。 针对社区流动人口大的特点,我们运用文体活动架起交流思想感情的桥梁,让外来人找到“家”的感觉。一是开展文体活动,为居民提供一个人际交往的平台。我们购买了500多平方米的文体活动
