原弓一直是一个极富争议的艺术实践者。他习惯以“哗众取宠”的方式贸然介入各种现场,故意搅乱其原本的秩序;他不断地把自己推向公共舆论的风口浪尖,享受被认可、被表扬、被质疑、被批评等各种混杂声音;他口口声声强调失控,失控,再失控,但所有的失控都服从于他明确的目标和策略,也因此,每一次失控之后,他都能安全地退回到自己原来的位置。和大多艺术家一样,曾几何时,原弓也是试图通过参加各种展览进入主流体系。然而今天,他依然在体系内外之间游离,有时候,体系本身也成了他挑衅的对象。
Yuan Gong has always been a controversial art practitioner. He was accustomed to taking “grandstanding” as a way of intervening in various fields and deliberately disrupting the original order. He constantly pushed himself to the cusp of public opinion and enjoyed various opinions of being recognized, praised, questioned, criticized, etc. Mixed voices; he kept saying that out of control, out of control, and then out of control, but all out of control are subject to his clear goals and tactics, and therefore, after each out of control, he can safely return to their original position. Like most artists, once upon a time, Yuan Gong also attempted to enter the mainstream by participating in various exhibitions. Today, however, he is still free inside and outside the system, and sometimes the system itself becomes the object of his provocation.
