1病例报告患者男,75岁。因咳嗽、低热2天就诊。查体:体温37.5℃,脉搏86/min,呼吸16次/min,血压150/85 mmHg;咽红,双侧腭扁桃体Ⅰ度肿大,心肺听诊无特殊。给予罗红霉素、双黄连口服液、枇杷膏等治疗2天,病情无好转,转上级医院就诊。实验室查血常规,白细胞计数9.10×109/L,中性粒细胞0.71,淋巴细胞0.19;胸部X线摄片示肺右下部感染。回干休所卫生所给予头孢曲松钠静脉滴注治疗。头孢曲松钠2 g溶于5%葡
