一、关于深化对江泽民总书记“七一”讲话重要意义的认识。 理解意义要充分领会李鹏同志在江泽民同志“七一”讲话后所作的概括,这是代表党中央作出的总体评价:“江泽民的重要讲话,坚持以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论为指导。贯彻党的解放思想、实事求是思想路线,系统总结了我们党80年的光辉历程和基本经验,全面阐述了‘三个代表’重要思想的科学内涵,深刻回答了新的历史条件下加强和改进党的建设需要解决的重大问题,进一步指明了党在新世纪的历史任务和奋斗目标”。中央通知讲,这“是一篇马克思主义的纲领性文献”。
