从炭角菌属真菌290中分离得到两个新的海松烷型二萜xylarianes A(1)和B(2),以及一个已知的该类二萜16-hydroxy isopimar-7-en-19-oic acid(3).通过一维和二维NMR数据解析及高分辨率质谱分析确定了化合物1~3的化学结构.化合物1~3在抗肿瘤活性测定中均未显示出活性.
Two new xanthanes diolefins Aylazanes A (1) and B (2) were isolated from the genus Corymbutanus, as well as a known diterpene 16-hydroxy isopimar-7-en-19- oic acid (3). The chemical structures of compounds 1 to 3 were confirmed by 1D and 2D NMR data analysis and high resolution mass spectrometry analysis. Compounds 1 to 3 showed no activity in the antitumor activity assay.
