镍的测定常用光度法或EDTA滴定法。后者适用于测定毫克量镍,但钴严重干扰且较难掩蔽。通常需经溶剂萃取或离子交换预分离后才能滴定。本文借鉴钴、镍在硫酸盐溶液中的萃取色谱研究,用于此两元素离子在硝酸盐溶液中的分离。然后采用5-Br-PADAP为指示剂,以EDTA滴定镍,终点十分明显。通过分析合成样和化学处理合成金刚石的废催化剂硝酸液中的镍,均获得令人满意的结果。试验部分一仪器与试剂 pHS-3型精密酸度计(上海第二分析仪器厂) WLB-80型电子微量泵(浙江新昌国康仪器厂)
Nickel determination commonly used photometry or EDTA titration. The latter is suitable for the determination of milligrams of nickel, but cobalt is severely disturbing and difficult to mask. It usually requires solvent extraction or ion exchange pre-separation before titration. This article draws on cobalt, nickel in the sulfate solution extraction chromatography study, for the separation of two elements in nitrate solution. Then using 5-Br-PADAP as indicator, EDTA titration of nickel, the end point is very obvious. Satisfactory results were obtained by analyzing the synthesized samples and the chemical treatment of nickel in spent catalyst nitric acid solution of synthetic diamond.
