自Jensen首先将PMBP衍生物作为螯合剂使用后,顾翼东曾对这类螯合剂的萃取机理及其在分析化学中的应用作过很多研究。国标法采用501螯合树脂进行交换分离,铅和铁用镧在pH 8沉淀后溶解再进行原子吸收法测定。在Ivanova报告中提出可在NaClO_4等盐类中用PMBP/MIBK萃取测定重金属。我们在上述等报告启发下,扩大了应用范围,并应用于锂、铷、铯等样品中杂质分析,取得了满意结果。检测下限达1×10~(-4)%,回收率为94~106%,对试剂级产品分析具有一定推广应用价值。除此之外,我们即将完成可包括钙、镁、铁在内的10个离子的测定工作。
Since Jensen first used PMBP derivatives as chelating agents, GU Yi-Dong has done a lot of research on the extraction mechanism of these chelating agents and their application in analytical chemistry. National standard method using 501 chelating resin exchange separation, lead and iron with lanthanum after precipitation at pH 8 and then dissolved by atomic absorption spectrometry. The Ivanova report suggests that heavy metals can be determined by PMBP / MIBK extraction in NaClO_4 and other salts. Inspired by the above reports, we expanded the application range and applied it to impurity analysis in lithium, rubidium, cesium and other samples, and achieved satisfactory results. The detection limit is up to 1 × 10 ~ (-4)% and the recovery rate is 94 ~ 106%. It is of great value for the analysis of reagent grade products. In addition, we are about to complete the determination of 10 ions, including calcium, magnesium and iron.
