通过分析行动学习与群众路线相互联系并服合贯彻落实群众路线的要求,指出高效、民主、务实的行动学习是党员领导干部践行党的群众路线常态化的有效途径。
By analyzing the relationship between action learning and the mass line and serving the needs of implementing the mass line, it is pointed out that efficient, democratic and pragmatic action learning is an effective way for party members and leading cadres to practice the normalization of the party’s mass line.
