我省15个县定点封山育林的不同地类及立地条件的调查材料中表明,封山育林效果显著,可以达到绿化的效果。为1989年浙江省委、省人民政府提出的“今明两年准备,五年消灭荒山,十年绿化浙江”目标中的通过封山育林完成消灭700万亩荒山的绿化任务提供科学依据。
In 15 counties of our country, the investigation materials of different types of land and site conditions for closing hillsides to afforestation and afforestation showed that the effect of closing hillsides and afforestation was significant and the afforestation effect could be achieved. In order to provide a scientific basis for the afforestation task of eliminating 7 million mu of barren hills by closing hillsides and afforestation in the goal of “preparing for this year and next year, eliminating the barren mountains in five years and greening Zhejiang in 10 years” put forward by the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Government in 1989.
