介绍了一种实现荧光寿命成像显微技术(FLIM)的频域零差法,并改进了测量数据的逐点分析法,设计了相应的数据处理软件.通过对模拟数据的处理表明,完全满足FLIM数据处理的要求。
A frequency-domain homodyne method for realizing fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) is introduced. The method of point-by-point analysis of measurement data is improved and corresponding data processing software is designed. Through the simulation of data processing shows that completely meet the FLIM data processing requirements.
