传统高梯度磁选机在分选过程中容易堵塞,以致分选效率不高,且耗水量大。本研究采用了使分选介质振动、分选物料脉动的方法,解决了高梯度磁选易堵塞的问题,提高了分选效率。此外,创造了回浆法和冷却水系统的半封闭式循环用水等新工艺,大大节约了用水量。生产实践证明,这种高效高梯度磁选设备长期运转正常、工作可靠、维修方便,其生产工艺先进、自动化程度高、节省能耗。解决了低质原料一直无法利用的难题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Traditional high gradient magnetic separator in the sorting process is easy to plug, resulting in sorting efficiency is not high, and water consumption. In this study, a method of vibrating the sorting medium and pulsing the material was adopted to solve the problem of easy plugging of the high-gradient magnetic separation and improve the sorting efficiency. In addition, we have created new processes such as semi-enclosed recirculation of water to the slurry and cooling water systems, saving significant amounts of water. Production practice has proved that this high efficiency and high gradient magnetic separation equipment long-term normal operation, reliable, easy maintenance, advanced production technology, high degree of automation, energy saving. Solve the low quality raw materials has been unable to use the problem, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
