白求恩以身殉职时是多少岁?以往,我们一直以为白求恩牺牲时已50多岁了。因为毛泽东在《纪念白求恩》一文中开头便说:“白求恩同志是加拿大共产党员,五十多岁了,为了帮助中国的抗日战争,受加拿大共产党和美国共产党的派遣,不远万里,来到中国。去年春上到延安,后来到五台山工作,不幸以身殉职。”但是,这个说法并不准确。实际上,不仅白求恩初踏中国土地时不到50年,就是他在五台山工作了一年多后以身殉职时,也未满50岁。
