目的:探讨以家庭为中心的护理模式在儿科护理管理中的实施效果。方法:建立以家庭为中心的儿科护理模式病房,配备充足和资历合格的护理人员,鼓励并指导患儿家属参与到患儿安全、卫生、营养及活动的照护项目。比较实施前后患儿家属的满意度,以及患儿的各项安全指标,如给药错误发生率、跌倒/坠床发生率。结果:实施以家庭为中心的儿科护理模式后,患儿家属的满意度显著提高(P<0.01);患儿各项安全指标发生率显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的患儿护理模式,能够显著提高患儿家属的满意度和儿科护理质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of family-centered nursing in pediatric nursing management. Methods: To establish a family-centered pediatric nursing ward with adequate and qualified nurses to encourage and guide the families of children to participate in the care, safety, hygiene, nutrition and activities of children. Before and after the implementation of the relatives of children with satisfaction, as well as the safety of children with various indicators, such as the incidence of medication errors, fall / bed incidence. Results: Satisfaction of family members was significantly improved after family-centered pediatric nursing was performed (P <0.01). The incidence of various safety indicators in children was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The family-centered pediatric nursing model can significantly improve the satisfaction of family members and pediatric nursing quality.
