麻疹并发脑脊髓炎多发生在6月至6岁,与麻疹的好发年龄相一致,而成人麻疹并发脑脊髓炎临床极为少见,现将我科收治1例报告如下。 患者,女,20岁,因发热10余天,加重伴神志不清3d,于1997年11月2日入院,患者10余天前因受凉后发热,伴干咳,流清涕,两眼发红,4d后两侧耳后,颈部,面颊部出现散在的米粒样大小的红色斑丘疹,随后自上而下遍布躯干及四肢,皮疹渐密集,高热,咳嗽频繁,外院诊断麻疹并发肺炎,经抗炎,对症治疗4d,皮疹开始消退。3d前出现头痛、呕吐、排尿困难,渐尿潴留,
