医学继续教育是提高医务人员素质,加强医院后备力量的保证。我院从1992年在原有课程的基础上为低年住院医生增设了文献检索课。分期分批地对低年住院医生进行轮训,每年两期,每期24学时,实习课占一半课时,我室担任实习课的教学工作。 文检课是一门实践性很强的课程,实习是文检课教学的重要环节。在实习课上,我们主要结合教学内容,指导学员们在实践中掌握中文检索工具、美国《医学索引》（IM）、荷兰《医学文摘》（EM）及电子计算机检索的方法。下面谈几点实习教学的体会。
Continuing medical education is to improve the quality of medical personnel, to strengthen the reserve force of the hospital. Our hospital from 1992 on the basis of the original course for the younger residents add literature retrieval courses. Phased on the low-residency for wheel rotation training, two periods each year, 24 hours, half of class practicing hours, my room served as a teaching practice. Document inspection is a very practical course, internship is an important part of the teaching of textual inspection. In practice, we mainly combine teaching contents to guide students to master Chinese search tools, the United States “Medical Index” (IM), the Netherlands “Medical Abstracts” (EM) and electronic computer retrieval methods in practice.
