中暑是地处我国南方部队平、战时训练和作战时较为常见的危重病症之一。处理不当或不及时则可造成死亡。热暴露动物实验的研究结果表明,肝窦壁细胞核碎裂、脱落和肝细胞游离面损伤、细胞器溢出是肝脏热损伤的中心环节。有关临床中暑病人的电镜观察,国内尚未见报道。为了观察中暑后肝脏的超微结构改变,以便为早期预防、早期治疗提供形态学依据,针对一例中暑死亡病例进行了肝穿电镜观察。

In order to observe the ultrastructural changes of the liver after heat stroke, in order to provide morphological evidence for early prevention and early treatment, a liver biopsy was performed for a case of death from stroke.
