The results showed that the contents of Ca, Mg and K in different parts of healthy fruits and diseased fruits were analyzed by using atomic absorption spectrophotometer to compare the health effects and the top rotten fruits of frozen Korla pear. The cause of the disease. The results showed that the contents of Ca, Mg and K in pericarp, pulp and fruit heart of Korla fragrant pear were significantly different. The content of Ca in the diseased fruit peel and pulp was significantly lower than that in healthy fruit, and the content of Mg and K in the top was lower than that of healthy fruit, but the difference was less than the difference of Ca content. Therefore, the rudeness of calyx in Korla pear may be related to the pericarp of fruit, calcium deficiency in pulp tissue, and the lack of Mg in the top pericarp.
