小学班主任是班集体的领导者和组织者班主任的德育工作直接影响着学生的全面发展。如何才能给学生做好德育工作呢?这是我在刚接手我们班的时候一直在思考的问题。对于新班主任,孩子们多少有点不适应,我的教育方式与以前的班主任有所不同。刚接手时班里的男生很多,很是调皮。为此,我感到高兴,同样也感到头疼。对于男孩子多的班级,他们天性活泼,对新事物的好奇心重,对集体的意识更强,同样他们是非常难以管理的群体。基于这些班级特点,我将爱融入到班级管理中,用智慧巧妙地让同学们拧成一股绳,增强班级的凝聚力。
