目的:观察复杂踝关节骨折中西结合治疗效果。方法:自2003年3月～2010年6月共收治复杂踝关节骨折86例,采取胫骨、腓骨远端解剖钢板,可吸收螺钉内固定以及支架外固定,同时按骨折三期辨证,结合中药外敷内服等治疗。结果:参照Ovadia等标准,优64例,良15例,可7例。结论:复杂踝关节骨折经解剖复位有效牢固固定,早期功能锻炼,可获得良好效果。
Objective: To observe the effect of combined Chinese and western treatment of complex ankle fracture. Methods: From March 2003 to June 2010, a total of 86 cases of complex ankle fractures were treated.
