8月7日,工信部公布了《打击稀土开采、生产、流通环节违法违规行为专项行动方案》,八部委将联合出击,开展新一轮的稀土行业整顿工作。工信部8月7日晚公布了《打击稀土开采、生产、流通环节违法违规行为专项行动方案》(下称“《方案》”),决定自2013年8月15日至11月15日开展打击稀土开采、生产、流通环节违法违规行为专项行动(下称“专项行动”),重点打击稀土非法开采、废旧回收等方面违规行为。
