目的评估氨溴特罗口服液在临床上用于治疗喘息性支气管炎的咳嗽,痰液粘稠,哮鸣音等临床表现的疗效及安全性。方法 60例5个月至3岁喘息性支气管炎患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组。观察两组治疗前后疗效对比。结果治疗组后缓解咳嗽症状,排痰困难症状,哮鸣音的有效率高于对照组。结论氨溴特罗口服液对于改善喘息性支气管炎的咳嗽,痰液粘稠,喘息等临床症状疗效显著。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of ambroxol oral solution in the clinical treatment of asthmatic bronchitis cough, sputum viscosity, wheezing and other clinical manifestations. Methods Sixty children with asthmatic bronchitis aged 5 months to 3 years were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Observation of two groups before and after treatment efficacy comparison. Results The treatment group relieved cough symptoms, difficult to expectoration symptoms, wheezing sound efficiency than the control group. Conclusions Abruzone oral solution has obvious curative effect on clinical symptoms such as cough, viscous sputum and wheezing in asthmatic bronchitis.
