目的探讨合理用药监测-培训-计划(MTP)模式对上呼吸道感染(AURI)抗菌药物合理使用的干预效果。方法通过研究在MTP模式干预下,本院2006年10月至2009年10月期间在合理用药MTP干预下,治疗AURI抗菌药物的使用情况,观察各用药指标的变化,评价MTP干预法的干预效果。结果经过10轮MTP干预后AURI抗菌药物使用百分率、注射剂使用百分率、抗菌药物注射剂使用百分率、处方药品平均费用、处方抗菌药物平均费用、抗菌药物费用占总药费百分率分别由干预前的80.67%、67.67%、26.67%、92.04元、36.21元、39.34%下降到干预后的14.00%、7.00%、5.00%、35.18元、3.05元、8.67%,合理使用抗菌药物率有49.40%上升到100%,且均有统计学差异(均P<0.01)。结论合理用药MTP干预模式有效提高AURI抗菌药物合理使用率,近、中、远期干预效显著,是提高合理用药水平的有效干预方法。
Objective To explore the effect of rational drug use monitoring-training-planning (MTP) on the rational use of antimicrobial agents for upper respiratory tract infection (AURI). Methods Through the intervention of MTP model in our hospital from October 2006 to October 2009 under the rational use of MTP intervention, the treatment of AURI antibiotics to observe the changes in the use of indicators to evaluate the intervention effect of MTP intervention . Results After 10 rounds of MTP intervention, the percentage of AURI antibiotics, the percentage of injections, the percentage of antibiotics injections, the average cost of prescription drugs, the average cost of prescription antibiotics and the percentage of antibiotics in total drugs were 80.67% 67.57%, 26.67%, 92.04 yuan, 36.21 yuan and 39.34%, respectively, to 14.00%, 7.00%, 5.00%, 35.18 yuan, 3.05 yuan and 8.67% after the intervention. The rate of rational use of antibacterial drugs increased from 49.40% to 100% And all had statistical difference (all P <0.01). Conclusions The rational use of MTP intervention model to effectively improve the rational use of AURI antimicrobial drugs, the near, medium and long-term intervention effect is effective interventions to improve the level of rational drug use.
