目的 通过对比分析局部野放射治疗骨转移瘤的3种分割方法，以寻求产生最好效果的方法。材料和方法 104例骨转移患者，其中30例单次放疗8 Gy，31例4 Gy×5次，43例2 Gy×20次。结果与结论 2 Gy×20次的放疗方法产生较高的疼痛缓解率，较低的疼痛复发率，说明较高剂量的、分割照射疗效较佳。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the three methods of local field radiotherapy for bone metastases to find the best method. Materials and Methods 104 cases of bone metastases, including 30 cases of single radiotherapy 8 Gy, 31 cases of 4 Gy × 5 times, 43 cases of 2 Gy × 20 times. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS The radiotherapy method with 2 Gy × 20 times produced higher pain relief rate and lower pain recurrence rate, indicating that the higher dose and split irradiation were better.
