青岛市志愿服务学院8月1日正式挂牌成立。该学院由青岛市文明办主导筹建,青岛职业技术学院承办建设,是政府与高等职业院校联办的公益性志愿服务培训机构。青岛市文明办和我院的分管负责同志分别担任学院的院长、常务副院长。目前,青岛市已有注册志愿者40多万,有意从事志愿服务的青年人也越来越多。青岛市志愿服务学院成立后,将在认真贯彻落实国家教育方针的前提下,根据全市志愿服务发展情况,制定全市志愿服务培训总体规划,弘扬志愿服务理念,开展志愿服务理论
Qingdao City College of volunteers August 1 formally established. The college is led by Qingdao Municipal Civilization Office, and Qingdao Vocational and Technical College undertakes construction. It is a volunteer service organization jointly run by the government and higher vocational colleges.
