噻吗心安眼药膜是我所试制的一种应用于治疗青光眼的新型药剂。由于附加剂中盐酸黄连素对测定有干扰,用紫外分光法无法直接测定含量。我们采用双波长紫外分光法,解决了本品的含量测定问题。因为没有双波长仪器,笔者参照双波长测定法的原理和实验方法在UV-190等分光光度计上进行了实验,选择了合适的等吸收波长,确定了合理的测定条件,对本品的含量测定得到比较满意的结果。
