通过小组合作学习,我们发现学生变得更加积极活跃,学生之间的相互交流增加,学生的自主发展也有了更大的空间。小组合作学习使每一位学生都有均等的参与交流展示的机会,有利于学生的自主性和创造性的发挥,使教学过程不仅成为认识过程,而且成为交往过程和发展过程。为此,本文从自己的实际教学出发,结合学校开展的小组合作的教学理念,讲述自己在工作中的一些收获、体会,谈一谈自己如何通过小组合作的教学途径,让数学课堂变得生动,变得有效。
