花生植物血凝素(PNA)是一种植物血凝素,已知对不同的淋巴及上皮类肿瘤有特异性粘合作用。它是粘合细胞膜上特异性碳水化合物的非免疫原性多价蛋白质,能特异地粘合碳水化合物终末端的B-D-乙酰-1-2-乙酰氨基半乳糖。由于Thomsen-Friedenreich(T)抗原的终末端具有同样的结构,因此植物血凝素对此抗原也有特异性。已报道乳癌及乙状结肠癌呈现T-PNA反应阳性,而良性病变或正常组织无此反应。本文目的是研究喉癌与正常组织间表
Peanut plant hemagglutinin (PNA) is a phytohemagglutinin known to have specific binding effects on different lymphoid and epithelial tumors. It is a non-immunogenic polyvalent protein that binds specific carbohydrates on the cell membrane and specifically binds B-D-acetyl-1-acetylgalactosamine at the terminal end of carbohydrates. Since the terminal end of the Thomsen-Friedenreich (T) antigen has the same structure, phytohemagglutinin is also specific for this antigen. It has been reported that breast cancer and sigmoid colon cancer have positive T-PNA reaction, but benign lesions or normal tissues do not have this reaction. The purpose of this article is to study the relationship between laryngeal cancer and normal tissues.
