作者联用术前动脉内输注阿霉素和低剂量放射治疗局部浸润性膀胱癌20例。男18例,女2例。年龄45～81岁。平均65.2岁。其中17例始发癌,3例复发癌。肿物分期:T_13例,T_26例,T_38例(1例肺转移)和T_4a3例。病理分级:G_12例,G_27例,G_310例和低分化腺癌1例。浸润方式:α、β和γ型相应为3例、7例和4例、未判明者6例。原拟膀胱全切除16例(T_1+cis、T_2,T_3和T_4a各1、5、7和3例),部分切除2例,经尿道切除2例。
The authors used preoperative intra-arterial infusion of doxorubicin and low-dose radiation to treat 20 patients with locally invasive bladder cancer. 18 males and 2 females. Age 45 to 81 years old. The average age is 65.2 years. Among them, 17 cases had originated cancer and 3 cases had recurrent cancer. Tumor staging: T_13 cases, T_26 cases, T_38 cases (1 case of lung metastasis) and T_4a 3 cases. Pathological grade: G_12 cases, G_27 cases, G_310 cases and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma 1 case. Infiltration patterns: α, β, and γ types corresponded to 3 cases, 7 cases, and 4 cases, and 6 cases were undetected. The original total cystectomy was performed in 16 cases (1, 5, 7 and 3 T_1+cis, T_2, T_3 and T_4a respectively), partial resection in 2 cases and transurethral resection in 2 cases.
