近10年证明温热疗法对表浅肿瘤的治疗效果良好。因癌组织缺乏受热后的血管扩张机能,使受伤血管栓塞、坏死,达到治疗目的。温热与放疗并用可提高疗效。Areangeli等对颈部转移癌行4000～7000rad照射,同时用500MHz微波加热疗法收到良效。单纯放疗组6/13(46％)肿瘤消失,而并用加热疗法17/20(85％)肿瘤消失。Perez等在治疗头颈部鳞癌中,应用放疗加温热疗法有效率达84％,多为复发病例。Luk等以RTOG程序进行治疗,一
In the past 10 years, it has been proved that hyperthermia therapy has a good therapeutic effect on superficial tumors. Because the cancer tissue lacks the vasodilation function after heating, the injured blood vessels are embolized and necrosed for therapeutic purposes. Warming with radiation therapy can improve the efficacy.
