本文采用细胞毒性Ｔ淋巴细胞株２（ＣｙｔｏｔｏｘｉｃＴｌｙｍｐｈｏｃｙｔｅＬｉｎｅ２，ＣＴＬＬ－２）及氚标胸腺嘧啶核苷（３Ｈ—Ｔｄｒ）掺入法和短寿命Ｔｓ功能测定技术对１４例ＢＳ患者进行了ＩＬ２活性和Ｔｓ功能的检测，并在排除Ｔｓ干扰、去除单核细胞的条件下进行了ＩＬ２活性的检测。结果表明：ＢＳ患者在无Ｔｓ干扰、去除单核细胞的条件下ＩＬ２活性水平显著低下；Ｔｓ功能与正常对照无显著差异。表明ＢＳ患者存在着ＴＨ功能低下，Ｔ细胞亚群功能失衡。
In this study, IL-2 activity and Ts function were studied in 14 patients with BS using cytotoxic T LymphocyteLine 2 (CTLL-2) and 3H-Tdr incorporation and short-lived Ts function assay The detection of IL2 activity was performed under the condition of excluding Ts interference and removing monocytes. The results showed that the level of IL2 activity was significantly lower in patients with BS without TS intervention and monocyte removal; and the function of Ts was not significantly different from the normal control. This suggests that patients with BS have TH dysfunction and dysfunctional T cell subsets.
