采用整体硬质合金球头铣刀加工模具钢,并用光学轮廓仪对铣削表面进行了测量,研究了采样间距对表面三维形貌幅度参数中的平均偏差、均方根偏差、十点高度、偏斜度、峭度和功能参数中的表面支承指数、核心区液体滞留指数、谷底区液体滞留指数的影响,并以此探讨了不同每齿进给量fz和径向切深ae下,测量球头铣削表面时采样间距的选取。结果表明:测量球头铣削表面用于三维参数表征时,存在最优的采样间距,L为Min(fz,a)//10。在此采样间距下,采样效率较高且三维表征参数与采样间距更小时基本一致。
The solid carbide ball end mill was used to process the die steel and the milling surface was measured with an optical profilometer.
