从2007年开始,北京市西城区人民法院结合区位特点和审判工作实际,采取“走出去、清进来、搭平台”三条途径,动员社会各种力量参与矛盾化解,积极探索诉讼与非诉讼相衔接的多元纠纷解决机制。在该院日前举行的研讨会上,中国人民大学教授范愉、清华大学教授王亚新、中国政法大学教授宋朝武、中国社科院法学所研究员余少祥等专家学者汇聚一堂,对西城法院的相关做法给予高度肯定并为该机制的进一步完善建言献策。
