近日,三峡工程开发总公司近日与慈溪市签署了《慈溪市海上风电场测风协议书》,这标志着我市在合理利用风力资源领域迈出了,新的一步。去年慈溪就在陆上风电场建设方面作了探索,这次签约后将进行海上风电场项目的可行性分析,如果可行,慈溪市在拥有了陆上风电场后,海上风电场项目也将启动。市电力行业协会有关专家介绍,慈溪市属于风能资源丰富区, 具有较大的开发价值,杭州湾南岸的慈溪、镇海、北仑沿海地段,以及象山半岛的沿海和500米以上高山,年平均风速5～8米/秒,年有效风速时速大于6000小时。(G)
