健康家猫12只,戊巴比妥钠麻醉后,记录标准肢导联,加压肢导联和胸导联(V_1、V_3、V_5)的心电图,标定心电图的电压为1mV=10mm,纸速50mm/。测心率和测量各导联的有关波幅和间期。家猫心率平均为198±32次/min.在Ⅰ导67%不见 P 波,aVR 和aVL 导的 P 波倒置,电压0.05~0.10mV,R 波胸导电压最大,0.55~0.5 6mV,aVR 和 aVL 导为倒置 R 波,V_5中42%可见切迹.。导的 Q 波出现率为25%,S 波常见于胸导。T 波在 aVR、aVL 和 V_1导多为倒置。P—R 间期平均0.07秒,QRS 间期为0.03~0.04秒。S-T 段上、下移位一般不超过0.1mV,多小于0.05mV。实验表明家猫心电图较稳定,比家兔更接近于人体的心电图。本文结果为实验研究和分析病理情况下的心电图变化提供了依据。
12 healthy domestic cats were anesthetized and anesthetized with pentobarbital. The electrocardiogram of standard limb lead, pressure limb lead and chest lead (V_1, V_3, V_5) were recorded. S-T segment, the next shift is generally not more than 0.1mV, less than 0.05mV. Experiments show that domestic cats ECG more stable than the rabbit closer to the body’s ECG. Our results provide the basis for experimental study and analysis of ECG changes under pathological conditions.
