我们开展督查工作的目的,除了促进作风转变外,最主要的应当是两个:一是促进决策、部署、工作的落实;二是为调整完善决策、部署及工作当参谋.督查结果反馈虽在整个督查工作中是一个后续环节,但是,对实现督查工作的第二个目的来讲,却是一个关键环节.在督查结果反馈这个环节上应当注意以下四个方面:一、督查结果反馈要全面.一项决策和工作,都是一项系统工程.调控和促进它的落实,必须掌握其全面系统的情况.我们常说的“心中有全局,手中有典型”就是讲的全面系统了解和掌握情况.
