本文通过贫血大鼠血红蛋白恢复效应,研究了大豆粉铁的相对生物利用率。实验结果表明,在饲料铁来源不同的6个实验组中,以大豆粉铁的相对生物利用率最低。
In this paper, the relative bioavailability of iron powder in soybean powder was studied by the hemoglobin recovery effect of anemic rats. The experimental results showed that the relative bioavailability of soybean meal iron was the lowest among the six experimental groups with different sources of feed iron.
