为提高设计过程效率,将生物遗传变异原理引入产品设计过程重用,提出一种基于生物基因工程原理的产品设计过程重用和优化方法。根据设计过程基因具有类似生物基因的可遗传和可变异特点,提出设计过程重用的基因工程原理及其实施模式,运用生物基因工程方法对过程基因进行重组和修改,实现设计过程重用和优化。给出过程重用系统设计方案,并以某型号飞机的设计过程为实例进行应用分析。
In order to improve the efficiency of the design process, the principle of biological genetic variation is introduced into the product design process for reuse, and a method of product design process reuse and optimization based on biological genetic engineering is proposed. According to the heritable and degenerative characteristics of genes with similar biological genes in the design process, the gene engineering principle and its implementation mode of design process reuse are proposed, and the gene engineering process is reorganized and modified using biogenic genetic engineering to re-use and optimize the design process. The process reuse system design is given, and the application process of a certain type of aircraft design is taken as an example.
