本文研究葛根素对冠心病病人内皮素-1(ET-1)和血小板功能的影响。将48例随机分为对照组与葛根素组,葛根素组加用葛根素注射液。结果是葛根素组血浆ET-1和血栓素B2在治疗后较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),6-酮-前列腺素F1α高于治疗前(P<0.01),血浆内颗粒膜蛋白、血小板凝聚试验和血小板粘附试验较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.01),表明葛根素具有降低血浆ET-1和血小板表面活性,抑制血小板聚集和粘附,抗血栓形成的作用。
This article studies the effect of puerarin on endothelin-1 (ET-1) and platelet function in patients with coronary heart disease. 48 cases were randomly divided into control group and puerarin group, puerarin group plus puerarin injection.
