本次调查结果显示,四所市级医院出院者平均住院日为22.70～29.38.高于四所区级医院15.07～22.07。市级医院内、外、妇、儿、中医科室的出院者平均住院日高于区级医院,其余科室出院者平均住院日与区级医院相比,差别不大。在调查的19种疾病中,除结核性胸膜炎、脑外伤、妊娠毒血症和小儿肺炎外,其余病种平均住院天数均是区级医院高于市级医院。所有病种(除妇科疾病外)其术后住院天数均高于市级医院。绝大多数病种分型的平均住院天数均是区级医院高于市级医院。区级医院不同病种分型术后住院天数均高于市级医院。
The survey results show that the average length of stay of hospital residents discharged from four municipal hospitals was between 22.70 and 29.38. It was higher than the four district hospitals from 15.07 to 22.07. The average length of hospital discharge for internal and external hospitals, women, children, and Chinese medicine departments of municipal hospitals was higher than that of district-level hospitals. The average length of hospital discharge for the remaining departments was not significantly different from that of district-level hospitals. Of the 19 diseases investigated, except for tuberculous pleurisy, traumatic brain injury, pregnancy toxemia and pediatric pneumonia, the average number of days hospitalized in other diseases was higher than that of municipal hospitals in district hospitals. All diseases (except gynecological diseases) had higher postoperative hospital stay days than municipal hospitals. The average number of hospital days for the vast majority of disease types was higher than that of municipal hospitals in district hospitals. The number of days after hospitalization in district hospitals was higher than that of municipal hospitals.
