今年党中央、国务院召开的中纪委第四次全会和国务院第二次廉政工作会议 ,对党风廉政建设工作作出了统一部署。朱基总理在国务院第二次廉政工作会议上提出今年政府机关廉政建设和反腐工作要抓好五项工作。推行政府采购制度 ,推行会计委派制度和加强有形建筑市场建设 ,规范工程招标投标管理 ,与国管局的工作职能密切相关 ,贯彻落实中纪委第四次全会和国务院第二次廉政工作会议的要求 ,既是加强在新形势下机关党风廉政建设的重要任务 ,也对促进我局完成今年各项工作具有十分重要的意义。为全面贯彻中纪委第四次全会和国务院第二次廉政工作会议精神 ,国管理局召开全局廉政工作会议 ,认真部署廉政工作。现将局长焦焕成会上作的《按照从严治党从严治政要求 ,切实加强机关廉政建设》讲话和财务司、房管司、机关服务中心等单位代表在大会上的发言在本刊刊载
