本文讨论了在每种脉冲(写入脉冲、破坏脉冲、读出脉冲)的作用期间发生温度变化时,矩磁性铁氧体磁心的读出信号有怎样的变化和为什么会产生这种变化。进而说明了怎样才能用图解法表示变化范围很大的温度特性和怎样用简单的方法测量温度特性。本文给出了从各种不同型号的SIFERRIT磁心上所获得的研究结果。
This article discusses what happens to the readout of the magnetic core of a ferromagnetic ferrite and why it changes when a change in temperature occurs during each pulse (write pulse, sabotage pulse, readout pulse). And then shows how to graphically represent the wide range of temperature characteristics and how to measure the temperature characteristics in a simple way. This article presents the results obtained from various SIFERRIT cores.
