黄斑裂孔是导致视力下降的严重眼病。随着人们对黄斑裂孔的成因及机理认识的不断深入，采用玻璃体手术治疗全层黄斑裂孔；术中用辅助物自体血清可大大提高黄斑裂孔的封闭及视力改善。我们对自体血清的基础研究及临床应用、手术方法、预后等作一综述。
Macular hole is a serious eye disease leading to decreased vision. With the deepening understanding of the causes and mechanism of macular hole, vitreous surgery is used to treat full-thickness macular hole. Autologous serum with adjuvant can greatly improve macular hole closure and visual acuity. We summarize the basic research and clinical application of autologous serum, surgical methods and prognosis.
