Nowadays, the mainstream teaching classroom has shifted from the traditional translation plus grammar to the more attention to the thinking ability of students and the improvement of overall quality. However, such elaborate preparation courses encounter some obstacles in the process of teaching implementation. Many teachers reflect that when asking a question, a specific student is always going to answer this particular question. Some of the students are free from the status quo.
