山西晋联房地产开发有限公司组建于1988年,是山西省最早成立的房地产开发企业之一。公司前身为山西省房地产开发总公司,是直属于山西省建设厅领导的全民所有制企业。1992年做为山西省第一批股份制改革试点企业,经重组改制,更名为山西晋联房地产开发有限公司,具备国家二级房地产开发资质,注册资本金2200万元。现已成为以房地产开发为龙头,涉及多领域、多行业经营的现代股份制公司。
Shanxi Jinlian Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established in 1988, is one of the first real estate development enterprises set up in Shanxi Province. The company formerly known as Shanxi Province Real Estate Development Corporation, is directly under the leadership of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Construction owned enterprises. In 1992 as the first joint-stock reform pilot enterprises in Shanxi Province, after restructuring and reorganization, renamed Shanxi Jinlian Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., with the national secondary real estate development qualification, the registered capital of 22000000 yuan. Now it has become a modern joint-stock company that takes real estate development as a leader and involves in many fields and industries.
