支教,是许多教师都曾经历过或正在经历着的。支教的日子,往往会面对更多的挑战:完全不同的校园环境,陌生的学生,与原校相比较差的工作、生活条件……同时,支教的日子又是难忘的,甚至是铭心刻骨的。回首过往,这一段不寻常的经历或许会让很多支教教师感慨万分、记忆犹新。随着支教越来越由一种暂时的安排变成制度性的设计,对于教师和教育部门而言,该如何面对支教?如何在短暂的支教中实现自我价值?又应当注意哪些事项呢?
