關於細菌濾過形態的一般性問題,在不久以前我們已作過一篇綜合性文獻報導,我們感覺到研究葡萄球菌濾過形態的材料是比較少的。雖早在1907年Джпозлп氏就作了該菌能產生濾過形態的報導,但此後,就沒有對於此一問題作更進一步研究的材料。為瞭解葡萄球菌產生濾過形態的條件以及濾過形態和它的再生株之一般的生物學性質、致病力、免疫性及抵抗力等,我們在這方面作了一些實驗研究。
As for the general problem of bacterial filtration morphology, we have written a comprehensive literature not long ago that we feel less of a study on staphylococcal filtration morphology. Although the bacteria had been able to produce filtration morphology as early as 1907, there was no material for further investigation on this issue. In order to understand the conditions for the production of staphylococci by filtration and the general biological properties of filtration morphology and its regenerated strains, virulence, immunity and resistance, we conducted some experimental studies in this respect.
